Q: Having been accepted in the DIA program, how do I apply as a student under The Exchange Agreement between the Architecture Department and the DIA.

A: Contact Arlene Gomez and visit http://www.iep.calpoly.edu/study_abroad_students/index.htm for a list of steps to prepare for your departure. In addition, DIA requires that all accepted students download an application form, fill it out and return it to Director Alfred Jacoby by June 15, 2011. The Department will contact Beeke Bartelt who will contact you promptly (you may also contact her directly).
Please provide the DIA with the proof that you are currently enrolled at Cal Poly and in good standing. This information may be requested from the Architecture Department Head.

A: Same as above

 

Q: I am an out-of-state student. Do I pay out-of-state tuition to DIA under under The Independent Study Abroad Program with IEP

A: No, DIA's tuition is fixed regardless of students being in or out-of-state. However, please contact Beeke to request if there have been any tuition increases.
