      WeWork is searching for an architectural intern who wants to
      learn and engage with all phases of the design and construction
      process from programming to design through the bid process and
      construction administration. This is an optimal role for someone
      who is looking for responsibility, design freedom, and the hunger
      to create amazing spaces and revolutionize the definition of
      workspace. The role involves helping our Senior Project
      Architects in designing both standard and custom WeWork
      locations. In this role you will be collaborating with
      engineering, construction, design, logistics, operations and
      development teams as well as other inter-departmental groups.

      Responsibilities:

      Work with Senior Project Architects to design, document, and
      execute multiple simultaneous high quality projects, by
      collaborating with all internal and external teams

      Support the development, documentation, and implementation of
      standards across our global portfolio of projects, goals, and
      brand ideals

      Take part in forming the conceptual framework for the project

      Communicate regularly to management and the project team with
      project updates, for example, of the status of each project,
      potential issues on site, etc

      Work alongside and receive mentorship from a more experienced
      architect on your team

      With supervision, produce all design and hand-off packages for a
      project utilizing Revit, including programming, layout, AoR
      hand-off and operations

      Support the Real Estate team in the due diligence process as
      needed

      Participate in project teams that include high profile/high
      visibility projects

      Qualifications:

      BArch / MArch candidate

      Proficient in Revit, all things Google, and Bluebeam

      A commitment to delivering outstanding high quality design

      Some demonstrable experience in design documentation

      Proof of knowledge of required software platforms

      Who You Are:

      Interested in learning building and accessibility codes, and
      zoning

      Interested in learning about building materials and construction
      details

      Excellent oral, written, and graphic communication skills

      Excellent decision-making and time management skills

      Self-directed with a high level of initiative and a ‘can do’
      attitude, but open to feedback

      Highly resourceful problem solver and quick learner with
      demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines while
      managing multiple projects simultaneously

      Ambitious, out-of-the-box thinker

      Interest in rule based design refined over multiple iterations

      Reliable, focused, and detail-oriented
