Robert Hifumi Odo Scholarship Competiton Entries - 2021
BACKGROUND
The Robert Hifumi Odo Competition was established in memory of architecture alumnus Bob Odo by the architecture and planning firm of McLarand, Vasquez, and Partners. This award is available to a current third- or fourth-year architecture student who shows outstanding ability in architecture design and overall academic performance. Students are nominated by the architecture faculty and invited to submit a design entry which is then displayed anonymously in a digital exhibit. The scholarship winner is determined by the tally of faculty votes. This year's scholarship amount is $4200. A "people's choice" award may also be named based on the highest number of votes from students and staff. This is an honorary award only.
Ballots will be emailed from the Architecture Department to all architecture faculty, students, and staff on 5/5/21. Voting closes at noon PDT on Thursday 5/13/21.
