Job Description

Corgan is actively recruiting a Project Manager to join our growing Critical Facilities Practice in our Los Angeles office. The firm is currently working on innovative and challenging projects located throughout the U.S. and is pursuing new opportunities overseas. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic team-oriented, highly-motivated individual working with leadership to ensure client satisfaction and the ability to function in a team lead capacity, while working on multiple, challenging projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project
  • Prepare and coordinate all project deliverable
  • Manage contract administration responsibilities
  • Coordinate with a variety of consultants
  • Provide leadership to staff
  • Manage client relations



Qualified candidates should exhibit strong and effective organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to present confidently. Must have high attention to detail and strong analytical skills. The ability to juggle multiple priorities is essential. Candidates should exhibit strong master planning skills and be able to collaborate on a diverse project team. Individual must have strengths in conceptual design, technical excellence, and should exhibit strong marketing and client relations experience and capabilities.

Candidates should be efficient with coordinating project deliverables and client expectations. Experience preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and consultant coordination are required.

Current architectural registration or current pursuit of registration are required, along with a professional NAAB accredited degree in Architecture, 7+ years of experience, and AutoCAD and Revit proficiency. Experience with project types similar in complexity to critical facilities is highly desired.
