Steve is an architect, product designer based in Los Angeles running a design atelier named Aprilli Design Studio. The studio mostly focuses on developing sustainable design strategies and products. Steve has deep interest in creating innovative objects, spaces and atmospheres which aesthetically and functionally enhance the quality of living environments.

Prior to founding Aprilli Design Studio, he has worked at architectural design firms such as Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, RTKL Associates and ZNA architects for about eight years as lead designer on international high rise, commercial and hospitality projects including Wuhan Optic Valley Business Center, Chengdu Hyatt Regency Hotel and Chongqing ITCC (International Trade and Commerce Center).

Steve has received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree from Yonsei University in 2002 and Master of Architecture degree from Yale University in 2007.
