Design Studio Request Form

If you are unable to register for a required Architecture design studio, it is important that you fill out this form to make the department aware of your need.

The last day to submit a Design Studio Request Form for the coming quarter is six days before the 2nd Round Registration Rotation begins.

Please complete entire form with first, second and third choices. Incomplete forms will not be considered.
